Our regular programs, which are free and open to the public, include:

SATSANG - Thursday evenings, 7:30pm - 9pm
Satsang means "in the company of the Truth." These programs include chanting and meditation and may also include readings or experiences of Siddha Yoga practices shared by the speakers. Each satsang program helps us apply the Siddha Yoga teachings in our daily lives.

GURU GITA - Sunday mornings, 8am - 9:30am
The Guru Gita, the Song of the Guru, is a beautiful and ancient hymn which honors the Guru and describes the Guru-disciple relationship. Swami Muktananda referred to the Guru Gita as "the one indispensable text" of Siddha Yoga practices. Chanting the Guru Gita actually bestows the experience of the Guru's state of pure consciousness.

Seva or selfless service is an essential practice of Siddha Yoga. True seva is work performed with love and with no desire for reward. Through the practice of seva, we come to recognize our own inner worth. You are warmly invited to participate in this life-transforming spiritual practice.
